Deposit

PrimeLink Properties require either  a £200 holding deposit or in most cases a full deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. Please note that the deposit cannot be used by the tenant to cover rent.

Move In

When the above requirements have been carried out and completed, providing that references and credit checks are satisfactory, we can then arrange a suitable date for you to move in. The keys can be collected from our office on the same day.

Insurance

Tenants are responsible for insuring their own personal effects and possessions during their tenancy. Should you require further information regarding this please contact us.

Let PrimeLink Properties help you to find a property that is suitable for you by contacting us and we will arrange a viewing.

Viewings
We will do our best to arrange this at a time and date that is most

convenient  for you.  A member of our staff will be present with you during the viewing which will be a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If you are happy with the property the next step is the application.

References
We require two references, one from either current landlord or current employer and one character reference. In addition a credit check will be undertaken. On occasion you may be required to provide a guarantor.

Assuming the rental proceeds, you will be required to pay a holding  deposit of £200 (this will be refunded if your application is declined). It will not however, be refunded if you decide not to proceed for any reason, or if the tenancy fails to proceed due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided in the tenancy application


The Tenancy

PrimeLink Properties offer assured short-term tenancy agreements. It is common For the tenancy to continue after this term. Our minimum term is 3 months, however we provide a short-term rental depending on vacancies.


Inventory

Initially a assured short-term tenancy will be drawn up. An inventory will have been prepared prior to your moving In. It will list the household contents and condition and should be checked carefully by tenants.





Rent and Utilities

Rent is payable each calendar month in advance by standing order. To allow for clearance, this will be dated three days prior to payment.


Unless otherwise stated, the landlord will be responsible for paying gas, electricity, council tax, water rates, broadband and TV licence.


We are offering accommodation at a very competitive rate. Our price band starts at £430 depending on room size. Contact us for more information about this.
