What is PrimeLink Properties Management offering?
PrimeLink Properties Management is offering landlords the opportunity to maximize returns from their investment properties.
If you are looking to generate a secure rental income, look no further.
Unlike a High Street agent, we maximize and guarantee you rental income on your property and many other benefits you may find to be of great value to you.
While managing your property we make sure you be free of voids, arrears, trouble tenants and still receive your rent payment every month.

With our active online letting service, we find it natural to advertise on all major

We only opt for professional tenants as we believe will look after the property and treat it well. Through our experience we have a strong vetting process to ensure we get best people for this purpose.
We carry out inspection to your property on a regular basis, so you have total control of the property.
Deposit
We require either a £200 holding deposit or in most cases a full deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. Please note that the deposit cannot be used by the tenant to cover rent.
References
When the above requirements have been carried out and completed, providing that references and credit checks are satisfactory, we can then arrange a suitable date for you to move in. The keys can be collected from our office on the same day.
Insurance
Tenants are responsible for insuring their own personal effects and possessions during their tenancy. Should you require further information regarding this please contact us.

Peace of mind (Optional Service):
Having built up the infrastructure over the years from our own construction company, including our own in house, reliable maintenance team, this allows us to deal with minor repairs in a cost effective way. We find that running our services online help us to keep all our overheads to a minimum.
